Healthcare Central to Mid Wales
In view of proposed changes by Hywel Dda University Health Board, Protect Bronglais Services (PBS) aims to help protect and enhance clinical services at Bronglais Hospital by developing an understanding of change in respect of rurality, catchment area and implications for other services.
By gaining and sharing the necessary information, PBS will help generate a well informed public to participate in consultation.
Hywel Dda University Health Board is planning a public consultation on the reconfiguration of nine health services across the region, from the 29th May for 12 weeks.
The planned changes will result in a much diminished Stroke Unit at Bronglais Hospital, which is of huge concern.

Yn wyneb y newidiadau dan ystyriaeth gan Fwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda, mae AGB yn anelu i warchod a gwella gwasanaethau clinigol yn Ysbyty Bronglais drwy ddatblygu dealltwriaeth o newid mewn perthynas â natur wledig, ardal ddalgylch ac oblygiadau i wasanaethau eraill.
Drwy gasglu a rhannu'r wybodaeth angenrheidiol, bydd AGB yn helpu i greu cyhoedd gwybodus a fydd yn cymryd rhan yn y broses ymgynghori.
Mae Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda yn cynllunio ymgynghoriad cyhoeddus ar ailgyflunio 9 gwasanaeth iechyd yn yr ardal, o'r 29ain o Fai am 12 wythnos.
Bydd y newidiadau hyn yn arwain at Uned Strôc llawer llai yn Ysbyty Bronglais sy'n destun pryder mawr.
